Festive Season at Jikoni

Our festive menus are now up and running and you can come in and indulge on your usual Jikoni favourites as well as some special new dishes that are cooked with our unique “no borders” approach. Christmas, like all festivals, is for everybody no matter what your religious persuasion, and we believe that the merging of traditions and cultures, especially where food is concerned, is what makes the modern British Christmas so rich, so delicious, and so successful.  

Feast on our Lobster Moilee, Coconut Chutney - our sumptuous sustainably caught shellfish comes from Porth Colmon in Wales, or if you're looking for the culinary equivalent of central heating - tuck in to our Scrag End Pie which Nigella Lawson herself calls “divine…a destination dish.”  Christmas isn’t complete without sprouts and our Charred Brussel Sprouts with a Hot & Sour Dressing, Bonito - do away with any bad memories of over-boiled veg and have been a hot, umami-packed favourite on our festive menu since we opened in 2016. One for the road? Our Negroni Jelly with seasonal citrus granita is a jiggling, boozy, delight. 

We also have our characterful organic wines from passionate small producers, seasonal cocktails and of course our warm and genial service to compliment your festive celebrations.
